Enastro is a product operated by SmartRep. This Privacy Policy explains how SmartRep ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the Enastro platform (the "Service").

  • Account information, name, email, organization, and billing details.
  • Customer data, the audio recordings and related metadata you submit for analysis.
  • Usage data, logs, device, and interaction data used to operate and improve the Service.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to provide and improve the Service, process the jobs you request, secure the platform, communicate with you, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Processing of Recordings

Recordings you upload are processed to extract the KPIs and insights you request. You are responsible for obtaining any consents required to record and process those conversations.

4. Data Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us operate the Service (for example, cloud infrastructure and AI processing), under contractual confidentiality and security obligations, or where required by law.

5. Data Retention

Call recordings. How long we keep audio is your instruction, set per audio source and changeable at any time, including zero, which means we keep none of it at rest. Where your own storage holds the original, that is the default. See our security page for what this means in practice, and what we keep regardless.

Everything else, meaning your account, the transcripts and the analysis derived from your recordings, we retain for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and as required to comply with our legal obligations.

6. Security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
